We also measure temperature differences to determine system performance. Once we identify the cause of the issue, we explain our findings and provide repair options before any work is completed.

During an AC maintenance visit, we perform a full tune-up to help your system run efficiently and reliably through the cooling season. We begin by cleaning the outdoor condenser coil and checking the indoor coil for proper airflow. We inspect and test electrical components, capacitors, contactors, and safety controls, then verify refrigerant pressures and temperature performance. We also check and replace the air filter as needed, lubricate moving parts when applicable, and confirm the system is cycling and cooling correctly. Once complete, we review our findings with you and provide any recommendations to help prevent breakdowns and extend the life of your equipment.
